Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used wearable items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
