Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
